Kids' Classes
Starting in the fall are classes for children aged 7-15 in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Fun lessons that will also improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination and fitness levels.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Take downs, sweeps, chokes, holds, arm and leg locks. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques rely not on strength but leverage and skill, and make it a great sport for everyone.

Boxing
Thanks to Joe Calzaghe, Ricky Hatton and Amir Khan boxing is big news again. If you want to demonstrate you know a jab from an upper cut join this class.

MMA & Cross Training
Techniques from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu such as take downs, chokes, locks and submissions are combined with strikes from boxing to put together this effective MMA style.

Muay Thai
Strikes, kicks, punches, blocks and some stand up grappling – the “Science of Eight Limbs” involves using your hands, elbows, knees and shins to strike an opponent and defend yourself against them.

Weng Chun Kung Fu
Forms, kicks, punches, locks, clinches, throws and ground fighting techniques. All using the least amount of force necessary whilst making an opponent’s movements work for you.

If you’ve never walked the ten minutes from Liverpool Street Station, through Spitalfields market and crossed Brick Lane in order to come and see us at 82 Hanbury Street then we hope you will soon. And if you don’t want to go that way you don’t have to. The gym’s also within easy walking distance of Shoreditch, Aldgate and Aldate East stations.

Some of the best martial arts instructors in London teach here and we’re proud to provide great group classes, and private tuition, in Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai, MMA, Self Defence and Weng Chun Kung Fu.

Whether you’ve got years of experience in any of the above or are a complete beginner you’ll find a class here to suit you. Lessons are demanding, rewarding, fun and informative and everyone is welcome.

Our instructors will work with you to achieve your goals - everything from improving your cardio to taking part in a range of professional competitions.
