 Kids' Classes
Starting in the fall are classes for children aged 7-15 in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Fun lessons that will also improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination and fitness levels.
 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Take downs, sweeps, chokes, holds, arm and leg locks. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques rely not on strength but leverage and skill, and make it a great sport for everyone.
 Boxing
Thanks to Joe Calzaghe, Ricky Hatton and Amir Khan boxing is big news again. If you want to demonstrate you know a jab from an upper cut join this class.
 MMA & Cross Training
Techniques from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu such as take downs, chokes, locks and submissions are combined with strikes from boxing to put together this effective MMA style.
 Muay Thai
Strikes, kicks, punches, blocks and some stand up grappling – the “Science of Eight Limbs” involves using your hands, elbows, knees and shins to strike an opponent and defend yourself against them.
 Weng Chun Kung Fu
Forms, kicks, punches, locks, clinches, throws and ground fighting techniques. All using the least amount of force necessary whilst making an opponent’s movements work for you.
