On Saturday 28 August, the brilliant MMA fighter and undefeated WEC competitor, Kamal Shalorus, will be taking a MMA/Submission Wrestling seminar at London Fight Factory.
The session will run from 1-3pm and we'd advise as many members as possible to come along. Kamal is a brilliant instructor and fighter so don't miss out on the chance to train with him whilst he's in the UK.

We'll also be having an MMA session at the same time that Muay Thai students are welcome to come along to. |

Lessons will be taken by esteemed boxing coach Olof 'The Swede' Ingemarsson and take place on the following days:
Thursdays from 8-9:30pm
Saturdays from 1-2:30pm

Our new Strength and Conditioning sessions will help students become faster, stronger and build muscular endurance so you perform better and avoid injuries. They’ll be great for everyone, from those who plan to compete and want to give themselves an extra edge to those who haven’t trained for some time and want to improve their fitness, faster. These classes will help ensure you have the athletic skills and ability that play a vital role in martial arts.
Group classes will take place on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month, starting on Saturday 7th August, and run from 12-1pm.

Starting on Monday 28th June the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) team will be training more NO GI during the week. Evening mixed sessions, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays will now be WITHOUT gi.
