Muay Thai

Class Information

Students can take part in either our beginner or intermediate/advanced Muay Thai classes.

All start with a great conditioning workout and then move on to technique drills, pad work, sparring (on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays), and further conditioning exercises.Muay Thai, Thai Boxing

If you’ve never trained before then we’d encourage you to come along and watch what the sessions involve or take part in a Beginner class.  Most students who train here started with no (or very little) experience so you’ll fit right in.

Potential students are welcome to try out one of our classes for free. Just click on the ‘Free First Class’ button and let us know when you’d like to come down. Please note though that we do ask for at least 2 days notice.

Equipment

Hand wraps, gumshield, boxing gloves, head protectors, shin/instep protectors and either a groin or chest protector.Muay Thai, Thai Boxing

Not all these are needed for your first session and you’re welcome to borrow equipment from the gym for the first few classes. Just speak with the instructors when you come down and they’ll advise you on what to buy and when.
