For the first few classes children can wear thin, flexible tracksuit bottoms (or shorts) and a t-shirt. However, please ensure there are no zips, buttons or pockets on either item.

After this (and once you know your child enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) they will need a gi. We sell these, plus belts, at the gym.
