More Information

Abel: Thai Boxing, or Muay Thai, gives you great range and variability: from long range kicks and punches to the short range techniques using elbows. Any fight starts from a standing position and for that it’s the most effective discipline you can learn.

If you’re interested in learning MMA then all the techniques that you learn in Thai Boxing are fantastic, and the clinches that we’ll teach you work really well with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and taking your opponent to the floor.
