Pete has a great sporting background that most recently includes training those who compete in Rugby, MMA and Jiu Jitsu. Prior to this he was immersed in military life with the Royal Marine Commandos which has had a significant impact on his training.

Whilst studying with organisations such as the UK Strength and Conditioning Association, Pete developed a passion for improving fighters’ neuromuscular power and functional capabilities. He does this by coaching a number of techniques such as Olympic lifting and Speed Agility and Quickness.
