Class Information
Techniques from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and Boxing brought together in a hugely effective fighting style.
"The three key disciplines to learn if you want to be good at MMA are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Thai Boxing and Boxing. Here (London Fight Factory) you have great instructors in all three and there’s a really good level amongst the students. Many would do well in the UFC if they wanted to take part, they’re very good”. Wanderlei Silva, February 2009.
How can MMA classes help me?
A mixture of our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Thai Boxing fighters join these classes to exchange and develop their skills. If you join these sessions we’ll work on combining moves from BJJ, Thai Boxing and Boxing into a fierce and effective fighting game for you.
Can anyone join?
Beginners are welcome to come along and take part in these sessions that kick off with a vigorous conditioning warm up and include sparring.
Do you train professional fighters?
Not all students who take part in our MMA sessions want to fight competitively but, for those who do, the London Fight Factory team will ensure that you’re ready for whoever you’ll face. And we’ll be in your corner on the night as well – just like we were for Steve ‘Hoppy’ Hopwood when he won his fight at Cage Rage 28.

Equipment
Hand wraps, gumshield, boxing gloves, MMA gloves, head protectors, shin/instep protectors and a groin or chest protector.
Not all these are needed for your first session and you’re welcome to borrow equipment from the gym for the first few classes. Just speak with the instructor when you come down and they’ll advise you on what to buy and when.
