Class Information
Techniques from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and Boxing brought together in a hugely effective fighting style.
"The three key disciplines to learn if you want to be good at MMA are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Thai Boxing and Boxing. Here (London Fight Factory) you have great instructors in all three and there’s a really good level amongst the students. Many would do well in the UFC if they wanted to take part, they’re very good”. Wanderlei Silva, February 2009.
How can MMA classes help me?
A mixture of our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Thai Boxing fighters join these classes to exchange and develop their skills. If you join these sessions we’ll work on combining moves from BJJ, Thai Boxing and Boxing into a fierce and effective fighting game for you.
Can anyone join?
Yes! If you've studied martial arts before then you're welcome to come along to any session. If you haven't, and you're able to, then come along to our sessions on Monday evenings as these are our 'back to basics' lessons. If you can't make these classes get in touch and we'll arrange for you to join another lesson.
Do you train professional fighters?
Not all students who take part in our MMA sessions want to fight competitively but, for those who do, the London Fight Factory team will ensure that you’re ready for whoever you’ll face. And we’ll be in your corner on the night as well, just like we were for Steve ‘Hoppy’ Hopwood when he won his fight at Cage Rage 28. And check out the photos below from the Adrenalin Fighting Championships when Diego and Jeremy won their recent bouts.
