Congratulations to Abel Martinez who received his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, from Valmyr Neto, on Saturday. Abel, it's an honour to train with you and thanks for everything you do.

Fifteen LFF students went to the BJJ British Open in Birmingham last weekend and brought back twelve medals.
Everyone had tough fights and, for those who didn’t make it to the podium, just keep training and you’ll get there for sure. For those who did make it, we’ll keep improving your game and you’ll get better and better.
In the meantime, HUGE congratulations to all the following. Harry Potter (Bronze), Brandon (Bronze), Enrique (Bronze), Alan (Bronze), Jack (Silver), Crazy Joe, Adam, Foster (Silver), Ceara, Galo de Briga (Bronze), Mat (Bronze), Sarah (Silver), Anna (Gold), Daniel (Bronze) and Pawel (Gold).

Well done to all our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu students who competed in the London Open yesterday, especially those who took part having only trained for 3 months.

12 fighters went and brought back 10 medals - 2 gold (Aroninha and Keith), 4 silver (Austin x2, Brendan and Claudio ) 4 bronze (Pawel, Pharis and Sarah x2). Congratulations to all the team and instructors who went to Lisbon, and thanks to Abel for his fantastic coaching.
