Congratulations to all our BJJ students who competed in the No Gi British Open on the 1st November. It was great to see many of you win medals but all those who took part did us proud. And if you weren't succesful this time, then we'll learn from the mistakes, keep training hard and improve next time around. Ooooieeee!!!! |

Our regular Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) classes won't be taking place on Saturday 14 November as we're all heading down to the Dartford Judo Centre for the Kent BJJ Open 2009. If you can please come down and support the team.

CFC (Cage Fighters Championship)will be held on 15th of November:
Diego "Ceara" Vital will be fighting again and he needs all the support from the team. Tickets are on sale at the gym for £25. |

For all members of London Fight Factory be advised:
- On November 1st, the NO GI BRISTH OPEN will be held in the West Midlands. We are taking 10 fighters for it. If possible please come and support them.
- On November 14th and 15th, the Kent BJJ Open 2009 will be held at the Dartford Judo Centre. EVERYBODY that wants to fight MUST train hard and give their name to Luiz ASAP.

It's with great pride to announce the promotion of Dean Liebenberg and Ron Alan to purple belt. They have both worked very hard and diligently to get to where they are and we will all watch as they continue against their new challenges as purple belts.
