Trial sessions

Potential students are welcome to try out either a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai or MMA session for free.

Please check our timetable first for class times and then complete the Trial Session Sign Up Form and we'll get back to you.

Please email us at least two days before you would like to come down. This ensures that we have plenty of time to respond to your request and re-schedule if necessary.

Pay per class

If you 'pay as you go' all our lessons cost £15 each.

Monthly Costs

These are payable by direct debit and allow students to either focus on just one discipline or mix it up between several.

• £50 per month enables you to take any two classes per week.
• £70 per month enables you to take any three classes per week.
• £90 per month enables you to take unlimited classes.

Joining fees

A one off joining fee of £25 applies whether you decide to 'pay as you go' or pay monthly.
